CLAN MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

1. Members minimum age requirement is 18 years unless otherwise directed by clan senior administrator.
2. Multiple Clan membership is not allowed unless otherwise directed by Administrators.
3. Members must follow Clan rules and Clan code of conduct as directed by clan senior administrator.
4. Breach of Clan rules and Code of conduct may result in dismissal from the Clan depending on severity of breach.
5. All final Clan decisions will be made by the clan senior administrator.
6. Complete [AIM] Clan membership application form.

CLAN RULES

1. Members must wear Clan tags when ever playing on line.
2. Members must visit the Clan forum at least 3 times a week to check posts and reply to posts when required.
3. Members must post whether they can or cannot take part in
Scenarios and other Clan posted activities.
4. Members must post in forum when they will be absent and unable check forum or take part in Clan activities for an extended time for any reason.
5. When gaming on line members should use ventrilo.
6. Members must not act in any way that may bring the Clan into disrepute.
7. Members must abide by instructions given by the Clan Captains and Vice Captains.
8. Members are appointed to the Clan Executive by the Administrators.
9. Members must show respect to each other at all times.
10. Members must follow E.A rules.
11. Members must follow server rules
12. Members must not use macros or any other form of cheating to enhance game play other than what is already made part of Battlefield 2 by E.A and Dice.
13. All final decisions will be made by clan senior administrator.

RULES WHEN [AIM] CLAN ARE TO HAVE A SCRIM WITH ANOTHER CLAN

Any Clan member wishing to take part in a Clan scrim must post their intention to play.
Before posting availability to take part in a scrim the member must be sure in the weeks leading up to the match the requirements 1 to 5 can be met.

1. They can attend at least 3 tactic conferences on ventrilo.
2. Must be able to take part in at least 3 practice matches of 2 hours duration.
3. Be prepared to play with any kit the Clan Captains decide for scrim and practice sessions.
4. Be prepared to obey any instructions given by Clan Captains in practice sessions and scrim.
5. If/when due to an emergency a member that has been selected to take part in a scrim cannot attend they must post their non availability as soon as possible.

There will be members selected as reserves in case an emergency should arise.
Any member selected as a reserve that does not play will automatically be selected in the next scrim providing they can meet the requirements 1 to 5 mentioned above.
Clan members taking part in scrims with other Clans must not do anything that would bring the [AIM] Clan into disrepute.
